No, we are unable to alter your order to add new items, or change quantities ordered. However, if you have ordered items that you do not want to keep, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange, in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you wish to add new items to your order, you will need to place a new order, or simply shop in store when you collect your order.
If you no longer wish to collect your order, please contact our Customer Service Team to have a refund processed once you have received the 'ready for collection' notification via email.
