We've extended our Exchange and Returns Policy for Christmas. Purchases made between Tuesday 26th November 2024 and Monday 2nd December 2024, may be exchanged and / or returned up until Sunday 12th January 2025. The standard return & refund policy criteria apply across this extended period.
Due to current Canada Post strikes, any return to our warehouse will be delayed, meaning your refund may also be delayed. For a faster return experience, please head into your nearest Ever New store.
There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via post to our online store (online purchases only) or in person to an Ever New store within Canada (only) within 30 days from the date of delivery. Original postage costs will not be reimbursed, nor will return postage costs, unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, please contact customer service by logging a ticket and we will endeavour to assist you.
Sale items are only eligible for an exchange or store credit, except if the item is faulty or defective it can be refunded.
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Ever New.
Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
RETURNS POLICY CONDITIONS
At Ever New we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item, provide a gift card or refund your original method of payment (full price items only) provided that:
- You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
- You produce your original Ever New invoice (receipt) when you return the item
- The item is in original saleable condition:
- With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
- In an unworn, unopened and unused state - A returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s)
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Ever New reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Ever New will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for change of mind for hygiene reasons:
- Cosmetics and fragrances
- Swimwear
- Hosiery
- Hair accessories
- Earrings and Jewellery
- Underwear and undergarments
GIFT CARDS
Ever New gift cards do not expire. Virtual gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged for any change of mind reasons including incorrect size, doesn't fit except where the item is faulty or defective:
• Sale items
• Items marked ‘final sale
We will at times sell items that are clearly identified as samples or seconds in-store and they may contain defects, cuts or other imperfections. Please choose carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind or for faults identified prior to purchase should be moved immediately underneath the above information.
THE BAY
Ever New items purchased on The Bay website or in Hudson Bay stores cannot be returned to an Ever New store or to the Ever New online returns address. Items must be returned as per The Bay or Hudson Bay's returns policy
